Sperm is created in the testicles, which are then transported through the vans deferens to the seminal vesicles which are the warehouses for the sperm. The prostate gland produces the seminal liquid (semen) that it is the protective fluid that nurtures the sperm and facilitates discharge during the sex act. The prostate is a gland that surrounds the urethra and if it becomes enlarged it can narrow the opening of the urethra. With the passage of time the urine flow can be obstructed. As a result the muscles of the bladder become hard and strong to be able to eject the urine.
