Item Availability
Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment
until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped
once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by
end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note
that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Out of stock items
In your shopping cart you won't be able to checkout if there is an item out of stock, you will receive a visual advertise telling you that
some of the products you have selected are out of stock, for some products the stock is limited, so please try with lower quantities of the last
item you added to the cart before the visual advertise appeared.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to
the completion of your order.

You will receive your order from Heavy Power Inc.

- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?
It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your
package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package
for up to 48 hours or more.
We'll update your order status and will publicise the tracking code in the commentary space of your account options. You will also receive
the tracking code and internet link by e-mail.
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.
- Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during registration; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you
up-to-date about the status of your order.
- Visit the website. Sign In for Your Order History at www.vidnatur.com 24 hours a day. If you signed up for a vidnatur.com account, you may
view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.
- Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please contact us via e-mail.
How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by www.vidnatur.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it
and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (USPS) that may provide tracking
information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes
available.
There are 4 kind of order status:
- Pending: You order has been received by the system but the payment is not confirmed yet.
- Processing: The payment has been confirmed and the process of shipping begins.
- Shipped: Your order has been delivered to the carrier (USPS). From this point we will be providing you the tracking number as soon as
it is available.
- Not processed: When your order has been received by the system but the payment was not processed. You were not charged for
the order.
* Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
RETURNS
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.vidnatur.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you
have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling,
or other charges. This refund will be via Paypal and directly to your bank account.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories
to ensure full credit.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at 1 800 397 7824 and/or
info@vidnatur.com. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail.
The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Vidnatur.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a
timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping only in USA.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1 800 397 7824 and/or
info@vidnatur.com. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
